Lovely 3 bedroom town home set on the bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and offshore islands. Bandon By the Sea is one of the great gems on the scenic Oregon Coast. Located at the mouth of the Coquille River, it's charm and natural beauty make it a great place for a golf vacation or a place to relax and do some beachcombing.

Sleeping arrangements: We have 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a queen , and one with 2 twins. We also have a pack and play and a twin mattress.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old.
Note: we have a new neighbor at the lot to the north who is building a home there. Normal house construction will probably go on through much of 2026. They have said they would not work evenings or weekends and we do not expect any issues.
WE ALSO HAVE GOLF PACKAGES available with Bandon Crossings Golf Course - a great value and a great course, with special pricing for our guests. It is about a 15 minute drive to Bandon Crossings or Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
Kitchens are fully equipped and linens are provided.
Sorry, no dogs or animals of any kind, and no smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaping. These units are intended to be dander-free.
We recommend an automobile, and have parking for 3 vehicles with 2 garage spaces and room behind for additional parking, including for a boat trailer.
Most of our contact will be through email and on the phone. We are frequently in Bandon and our housekeepers are in town and any of us will be available in case of any problems.
We have one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Our home is on the bluff overlooking the ocean with good beach access at either end of the block. We are close to City Park with a kid's playground and friendly library.
It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California.
GOLF:
Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon Crossings Golf Course is a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, and recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150.
It's famous neighbor, the world class Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, includes the golf courses of Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Pacific Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch. Join golfers from all over the world playing these fabulous golf courses.
Our guests can enjoy golf at Bandon Crossings Golf Course at the favorable Crossings Club rates, including a cart.

DIRECTIONS:
From the Portland area (or Eugene): go south on I-5 from to the turnoff to Drain, Elkton and Reedsport on Highway #38 (exit #162). Take 38 to Reedsport and turn south (left) on Highway 101, through North Bend, Coos Bay, and Bandon.
From the North Bend airport: ask the car rental agency for directions to Highway 101 south, and follow it to Bandon.
From the south along I-5: go north on I-5 to the Winston/Green turnoff, highway #42. Follow the signs along 42 west past Myrtle Point to the town of Coquille. From Coquille at around Mile Post 11 you can turn left to Bandon on the 42S highway. It is about 20 miles on a very winding road to Bandon. When you reach highway 101 go south (left).
In Bandon go west (Right if coming from the north) at the signal on Highway 101 at 11th Street, then continue through the park and go until the road ends and turn right. We are the 3rd house, 943A&B Portland Ave. Drive past, turn right again at 9th St, and right into the alley to get to the garage and the lock box in the back. The north “A” unit is on the right.

All we could wish for
Everything here is just as advertised--and better. The view is spectacular from all the spaces, and we loved that we could see both the ocean and the mouth of the bay. It's an easy walk to two beach access points. The location is also just a short ride away from the restaurants and shops of Old Town Bandon. We're dedicated cooks, and this was the best provisioned kitchen we've ever had in a short-term rental. Any pot/pan, gadget, utensil, appliance, spice, whatever you needed was there and in good shape. We only used the master bedroom, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We'll be back!
Doesn't disappoint!
We feel like we lucked out. The house was clean and comfortable, it offered easy access to a beautiful beach, and was conveniently close to Face Rock and Old Town. The master bedroom was perfect for us–even the bed was comfortable–and the living room offered great views that enhanced our relaxing evenings.

2nd time
2nd time staying here which should tell you all you need to know. Great location with quick walking access to the beach. Tub in master was used multiple times to soak sore bones and always provided plenty of hot water. Master could use some more window coverings for night time. We usually like to go to different locations so us coming back here should be taken as a good sign.
Fabulous Stay in Bandon
Very comfortable clean house with a fabulous view and excellent location. The set up with the master and great room upstairs worked well for us. The master was very comfortable with a nice jetted tub and separate shower. The living room/dining area was nicely laid out so we could enjoy the views and also watch TV while eating dinner. Easy access to the beautiful beach.

We love our vacation homes in Bandon, with it's amazing beach and golf courses. And we now have a beautiful town home in Portland, near downtown in the wonderful Brooklyn neighborhood.
