Lovely 3 bedroom town home set on the bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and offshore islands. Bandon By the Sea is one of the great gems on the scenic Oregon Coast. Located at the mouth of the Coquille River, it's charm and natural beauty make it a great place for a golf vacation or a place to relax and do some beachcombing.

Sorry, no dogs or animals of any kind, and no smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaping. These units are intended to be dander-free.
We recommend an automobile, and have parking for 3 vehicles with 2 garage spaces and room behind for additional parking, including for a boat trailer.
Most of our contact will be through email and on the phone. We are frequently in Bandon and our housekeepers are in town and any of uswill be available in case of any problems.
We have one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Our home is on the bluff overlooking the ocean with good beach access at either end of the block. We are close to City Park with a kid's playground and friendly library.
It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California.

Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon Crossings Golf Course is a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, and recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150.
It's famous neighbor, the world class Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, includes the golf courses of Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Pacific Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch. Join golfers from all over the world playing these fabulous golf courses.

All About the View South is located at 943-B Portland Ave. SW, Bandon, OR 97411. There is a lock box to the left of the garage door (south side of building)
Please note that some online/GPS maps do not show the address in the correct location. You can follow their directions until you get close, then please check below for accurate directions.
Check in time is 4 pm. There is a lock box by the garage door.
From the Portland area (or Eugene): go south on I-5 from to the turnoff to Drain, Elkton and Reedsport on Highway #38 (exit #162). Take 38 to Reedsport and turn south (left) on Highway 101, through North Bend, Coos Bay, and Bandon.
From the North Bend airport: ask the car rental agency for directions to Highway 101 south, and follow it to Bandon.
From the south along I-5: go north on I-5 to the Winston/Green turnoff, highway #42. Follow the signs along 42 west past Myrtle Point to the town of Coquille. From Coquille at around Mile Post 11 you can turn left to Bandon on the 42S highway. It is about 20 miles on a very winding road to Bandon. When you reach highway 101 go south (left).
In Bandon go west (Right if coming from the north) at the signal on Highway 101 at 11th Street, then continue through the park and go until the road ends and turn right. We are the 3rd house, 943A&B Portland Ave. Drive past, turn right again at 9th St, and right into the alley to get to the garage and the lock box in the back. The south “B” unit is on the left.

All About the View South
We stayed here last year and totally enjoyed the amenities and location, so we planned to come back this year, which we did, with a few less people, which gave us a bit more privacy. If we are able we'll be back next year. This place has a great view and so close to the beach accesses. The kitchen is well stocked, so we ate most of our meals in for the five nights we were there. It is close to Old Town, which is a great spot to eat and shop. Overall I would definitely recommend it...unless you have trouble with stairs. Carla has always been easy to work with and so is Steve, one of the housekeepers. Five star for me!!!
Great Location
Had a wonderful stay in the South. Spectacular panoramic view of the coastline from the balcony on 2nd floor. Very spacious 3 bedroom. Great location for beach and cliffside walks.

Great Stay
Our original airbnb we had scheduled fell through due to no housekeeping leaving us struggling for a place to stay over Memorial Day weekend into June. Carla's place was available and her response time to all my questions was really quick. We stayed in the South unit, it was nice to be able to park in the garage, sit on the deck and watch the sunsets, everything was spotless, fully stocked with enough towels, shampoo, soap and dishes to last all three of us for the entire week. The location is great with easy access to the beach via a well maintained stair case with rest levels or another easy access just a few steps further. I can honestly say, I was very pleased with our stay here, we had no issues except the jets not working in the jaquzzi bath tub, but it was still a nice hot soak.
I'm so glad we were available to host your stay, and that almost everything was up to your expectations. I appreciate you letting us know about the problem with the jetted tub. I thought we had the problem fixed, but will work on it again.
Great Location!
What a great location! Close to walking trails, easy beach access, and minutes from Old Town! It was very comfortable for 5 of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the master bed was so comfortable! Easy check in and check out process. Looking forward to staying again!

Love the location just minutes from downtown, the view of the ocean out the front windows, and the great access to one of Oregon's most scenic beaches just across the street. We'll be back
Perfect Bandon Coast Location
Terrific location as advertised - within steps of the beach, making it easy for multiple walks and sunset photo opportunities. The unit was very clean, spacious, modern, and well-appointed. Carla was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location, Location, Location
All About the View South is in a perfect location - quiet street, amazing view, convenient beach access. The kitchen is well stocked- complete with crab crackers and picks, super-great TV with Netflix that came in handy on a rainy day. The accommodations were well suited for our adult family member post-COVID rendezvous. Nice paved walkway on the bluff, steep stairs to beach on south end of street, but easier access on north end. Definitely want to return!
Great golf foursome place!
The all about the view 3 bedroom was perfect for our foursome of golfers playing Bandon Dunes Resort and Crossings. The view is spectacular and the location is quiet with very little traffic and yet very close to the beach and the golf courses. Would definitely consider staying again next time. Checking in was easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "All About The View-South" as a group of seasoned golf travelers experiencing Bandon Crossings Golf Course for the first time. The accommodations were perfect for 4-golfing guys. The kitchen was excellently appointed and made our evening meal preparations a snap. Views from the great room are exquisite. The Bandon coastline is really spectacular! The master suite is ample as are the second and third bedrooms (queen and two singles). Having 2 & 1/2 bathrooms made it really nice when the four of us were hustling to get ready for our very full golf days. We didn't have need for the BBQ grill but will likely take advantage of that on our next stay. The place is really quiet! No traffic, no noise, no worries!!
