At All Sunsets & Surf you will enjoy the magnificent ocean views, sounds of the surf, and convenient beach access.
SPACIOUS 4 BEDROOM HOUSE: It is large enough for your friends and family to enjoy all that Bandon has to offer, as well as a peaceful spot to read a book and listen to and watch the ocean. The high vaulted ceilings and big picture windows give you an open feel along with a great view of the ocean.
The smart TV has most channels via a subscription to Youtube TV and WI-FI completes the package. The house is split level, and a half flight takes you to the main living area, with kitchen, dining, living and breakfast nook.
BEDROOMS: There is a bedroom on the main floor with 2 queen beds adjacent to a full bath.
Another half flight up takes you to two large bedrooms each with a king bed. One has a master bath and the other is adjacent to a shared bath.
The 4th bedroom is the cozy "Captain's Quarters" up another half flight with a queen bed.
The house will be all yours to enjoy. There is a deck on the back with a fenced yard.
The garage will fit 2 cars and has laundry facilities and a propane BBQ.
A car is needed to get around town. There is additional parking in the turnaround driveway.
Pet friendly: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a fee of $20 per pet per day.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old.
CHECK-IN time is after 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 11 a.m. Pacific Time.
- Early Check-in or late check-out is allowed ONLY with prior approval. The rate is $40/hour if available. Ask us for permission.
- Unless you have paid for late departure, if the housekeeper has to wait for you to vacate after 11:10 am it can cause delays for the next guest and additional charges to your account of $50 for the first hour plus $100 each additional hour. Please show respect for our housekeepers and the next guests.
The owner and housekeepers will be available by phone, and our housekeepers are in town should any issues come up.
There's lots to do in Bandon:
You can cross the street to get to Face Rock Wayside, with a path down to Bandon's spectacularly beautiful beach. This is the location of the wonderful Circles in the Sand labyrinth on select low tides mornings.
It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon is a golfer's paradise, with 6 full length amazing tracks to enjoy.
Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California.
GOLF:
Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon is a golfer's paradise, with 6 full length amazing tracks to enjoy. Bandon Crossings Golf Course is a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150.
It's famous neighbor, the world class Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, includes the golf courses of Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Pacific Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch. Join golfers from all over the world playing these fabulous golf courses.
Our guests can enjoy golf at Bandon Crossings Golf Course at the favorable Crossings Club rates, including a cart.

All Sunsets and Surf is located at 2295 Beach Loop Rd, Bandon, OR 97411.
Check in time is 4 pm. There is a lock box by the front door. The combination box codewill be provided 2 days before your visit.
Please note that some online/GPS maps do not show the address in the correct location. You can follow their directions until you get close, then please check below for accurate directions.
DIRECTIONS:
From the Portland area (or Eugene): go south on I-5 from to the turnoff to Drain, Elkton and Reedsport on Highway #38 (exit #162). Take 38 to Reedsport and turn south (left) on Highway 101, through North Bend, Coos Bay, and Bandon.
From the North Bend airport: ask the car rental agency for directions to Highway 101 south, and follow it to Bandon.
From the south along I-5: go north on I-5 to the Winston/Green turnoff, highway #42. Follow the signs along 42 west past Myrtle Point to the town of Coquille. From Coquille at around Mile Post 11 you can turn left to Bandon on the 42S highway. It is about 20 miles on a very winding road to Bandon. When you reach highway 101 go south (left).
In Bandon there is a signal on Highway 101 at 11th Street; go west (Right) and continue through the park and turn left on Beach Loop Road. It is on the left past Face Rock Wayside, with a circular pull through driveway. (Some online maps place it incorrectly).
From the south on Hwy 101, go north till you come to a sign on the left welcoming you to Bandon. Turn left on Seabird Lane, just before the sign, then right on Beach Loop Road to 2295.

A pre-authorization of €430 is held on 1 days after arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
Up to 2 canine pets are allowed at $20 per pet per night.
Stays of 30 days or more will not have lodging tax, although the quote will need to be edited manually on our end to remove it.

We love everything about the All Sunsets & Surf house - the location and view, the spacious (and we mean SPACIOUS) bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, and the space for our multigenerational family. We have stayed here twice in the last year and we hope to stay here again in a few month's time. We've stayed in many rentals in Bandon over the years and we're thrilled to have found All Sunsets & Surf...we don't ever need to look for another house again.

Perfect for Bandon Golf Trip
Stayed here with our group for a Bandon Dunes golf trip. The location is great and easy to find, with large private rooms for everyone in the foursome. Also, the large living area and ample kitchen made it great for gathering afterwards for grilled steaks, beers, and reminding each other of our best (and worst) shots.
Sounds like a wonderful golf trip. Next time you should include Bandon Crossings!
The Perfect Retreat House
This house couldn't have been more perfect for the annual retreat of five mature and lively women. There is so much room! A bed for each and no more than two to a bath. The kitchen is well appointed, with most every need met. As responsive as Carla is, I'd be willing to bet if you has special needs, she'd make an effort to meet them. The view is extraordinary, with beach access right out front. The only suggestion I would make to the owner would be to put anti-slip treads or a carpet runner on the stairs. The hardwood is very slippery. We loved this house and we WILL be back!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the house. We removed the old carpeting from the stairs and installed hardwood, which are so much easier to keep clean, which is of course so important near the beach. We can check into non-slip options.

Wonderful location for family
This is a wonderful home in a great location. It was clean, well supplied with kitchen appliances, tools and dishware. Lots of table space to dine and play games. There were extra blankets to warm up under on the sofa. Great basket of sand toys available. The garage was great for off loading the kayaks and camping gear one family had a long. Water hose by the front door made sand removal a breeze. Could not have been happier about our stay. Would stay again.
