Great views with lots of bedrooms (5 plus loft) make this a great vacation home. It is quite easy access for those who don't want to do a lot of stairs, only requiring a few to get into the house, then it is all but the loft on the same level. Enjoy wonderful ocean views from the living, kitchen, dining, loft, deck and master bedroom.
House layout:
The front door leads stright through to the living /dining area, or left to the kitchen, all of which have wonderful views. There is a large screen smart TV. The kitchen is open to the other living areas, and a deck is just off the dining room. Above the living area is a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. Off the living area is a queen bedroom, with a bathroom that is also shared by the living spaces.
Down the hall is another queen bedroom, which shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the large master bedroom with a king bed.
Off the hallway and past the laundry room is a small family room with another TV. from there you can access another full bath and two more queen bedrooms. The family room has a fold down Eurostyle sleeper.There is a separate entrance to the family room area as well, and a peekaboo view of the ocean.
Our private beach access is just down a path then a sandy hill. Public beach access is about 1/2 mile away. Sometimes there is no creek directly in front of our access, and sometimes there is, based on winter storms. The creek is usually shallow in the summer, and a great place for kids to play farther away from the bigger surf.
It's a very quiet area, with lovely views. You will need a car, and there is plenty of parking available.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old.
It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 4 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 20 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California.
GOLF:
Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon Crossings Golf Course is a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, and recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150.
It's famous neighbor, the world class Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, includes the golf courses of Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Pacific Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch. Join golfers from all over the world playing these fabulous golf courses.

Pacific Panorama is located at 3802 Beach Loop Rd, Bandon, OR 97411.
Please note that some online/GPS maps do not show the address in the correct location. You can follow their directions until you get close, then please check below for accurate directions.
Check in time is 4 pm.
DIRECTIONS:
From the Portland area (or Eugene): go south on I-5 from to the turnoff to Drain, Elkton and Reedsport on Highway #38 (exit #162). Take 38 to Reedsport and turn south (left) on Highway 101, through North Bend, Coos Bay, and Bandon.
From the North Bend airport: ask the car rental agency for directions to Highway 101 south, and follow it to Bandon.
From the south along I-5: go north on I-5 to the Winston/Green turnoff, highway #42. Follow the signs along 42 west past Myrtle Point to the town of Coquille. From Coquille at around Mile Post 11 you can turn left to Bandon on the 42S highway. It is about 20 miles on a very winding road to Bandon. When you reach highway 101 go south (left).
The house is in the southern part of Bandon. From Highway 101 go west on Seabird Lane, and when it ends at Beach Loop Drive turn left (south). Go past the Best Western Inn at Face Rock, and as the road goes up again, look for a small gravel driveway on the right with a sign “3802” (it is on a post and should reflect lights if it’s dark). As you drive back onto the driveway it is the first house.
From the south on Hwy 101, go north till you come to a sign on the left welcoming you to Bandon. Turn left on Seabird Lane, just before the sign, then left on Beach Loop Drive to 3802 (see above).

The Perfect Beach House
This is our 3rd year staying at Pacific Panorama. It's the perfect beach vacation spot for our family. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets. Fabulous house, and it is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We walked the beach, did some crafts, cooked many meals and had a wonderful time again this year. Can't wait to go back! Thank you for making our vacation time so special.

Girlfriend weekend
Lovely home. Myself and friends enjoyed a long weekend of crafting. Everything was perfect. This home is perfect for a large family too. Old town is fun to explore and enjoy good seafood also.

A gem on the Bandon coast
Our ladies group enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, beds, amenities. I appreciate how the entire rental process was streamlined and simple. Our group was small this year, only 9, and there were plenty of beds for all and they were comfortable. We had no issues but found the beach access currently not passable, so we drove down the road a bit to the "official" beach access with parking and a good stairway. We all came from southern Oregon and no problem finding the house. This rental is a gem for a group. Only wish the deck was bigger, but it was fine for our group of 9. Thanks for a fun and memorable time here. Hope to visit again.

Girls Trip
We had a ball. The accommodations were perfect for our group of seven ladies. The kitchen was big enough for all of us and well equipped. In fact the whole house was equipped with laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, cooking spices and cooking supplies. Everything worked, the beds were all comfortable and the view amazing. Carla answered all of our questions promptly and was the consummate hostess. Thank you for a lovely week

Stunning Views, Awesome Hosts
Stunning views. Comfortable house. Short walk to an amazing beach. Perfect for a family. Carla is a terrific host. If you are in Bandon for the golf, check out Rex and Carla's Home On the Range house on their highly ranked golf course Bandon Crossings -- eight golfing buddies booked that before our Bandon resort stay and this after. Both homes are well appointed with comfortable beds. The Range home is perfect for two foursomes. Steps away from the driving range and putting greens. Both houses are close to Old Bandon and several restaurants. Thanks Carla and Rex -- what a pleasure it was to get to know you both and to stay at your properties. All of us had a ball.

Wonderful beach vacation home
Pacific Panorama offers incredible ocean views. The house was very clean and spacious. The garage was large enough to hold 3 to 4 cars. The house was also family friendly. The only 2 disappointments were: 1. That the bedroom under the loft was NOT a queen size, as advertised. It looked to be a full bed only; 2. The house's dedicated trail to the beach had thick, overhanging, thorny bushes at its end. This caused a few painful punctures and we eventually had to trim them back with a small knife. (Seeing a rope ladder laying at the bottom of the trail also implied that access back up to the trail to house was easier at some time in the past.) With only a few minor issues, we loved the house, location and had a wonderful 5 nights there.
We're glad you enjoyed your stay at Pacific Panorama. The bedroom you mentioned is small, but it does actually have a queen bed. We do have our gardener come to prune the beach trail fairly often, although the public beach portion has a lot of gorse, which grows very fast. The old ladder represents time when it was actually more difficult to get back up the hill from the beach.
Fantastic Views, Comfortable H
This house is very comfortable! We were able to gather comfortably but still find space for quiet time. The kitchen has everything we needed for several extensive meals and desserts. The view is spectacular! Beach access was impossible for one, difficult for a few but no problem for the rest. There is easy access about a mile down the road. Overall perfect place that we will visit again!

Beautiful Home
This is a beautiful home with lots of room. We were able to gather comfortably while still able to find alone time. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is fabulous! The only thing to be aware of is the beach access can be difficult but not impossible for most of us. But easy beach access is just a mile or so down the street. We had a great time and look forward to another visit.

Friends celebrating 70ths!
This was a wonderful gathering place for 8 women celebrating several 70th birthdays. The layout allowed for lots of privacy and quiet. It is well supplied with extra bedding/blankets, etc., and well stocked kitchen. The only drawback was there was no access to the beach. We had to drive down the road. Maybe in the drier summer months access would be doable....but not in early April. The owners and support people (Carla, Steve, Rex) were very prompt in replying to our questions. AND, of course, the views were incredible! Thank you Carla and team for a great stay!
We're so glad you had a good time. The beach access does change in the winter months when storms shape the landscape. It is easier in the summer once things settle down, and then it sometimes requires wading a shallow creek - it all depends on what the ocean decides to do!
